Specific deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and project scopes will be detailed in individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between digiclario and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly agreed upon in a client SOW, all content, branding, code samples, logos, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of digiclario. Upon full payment of project fees, client deliverables and custom code will be transferred according to the terms specified in the respective service agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, digiclario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your access to or use of our website or services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai / Hyderabad, India.
